Responsible for the successful management of all aspects of construction projects including estimating, scheduling, budgeting, client and subcontractor relations, project safety, commitment documents, profitability documents, cost and quality control. My duties included communications with client, architects, engineers and design team. During my employment I was the team leader of the Special Projects Division and managed up to 12 team members. Our team successfully completed over 40 plus projects totaling in excess of 17.5 million dollars. My responsibilities included the ability to manage multiple projects at one time, this involved working in both the public and private sector of commercial construction. At many locations, my team was able to minimize the affects of construction while enabling the clients operations to remain open and operating during construction. This resulted in added value to the client by minimizing the costs associated with a construction project and kept their sales revenue flowing.
