Warren's experience includes leadership roles with KippsDeSanto|Capital One, FBR, Houlihan Lokey, and Jefferies Quarterdeck. Warren began his investment banking career with Merrill Lynch & Co. Warren earned his M.B.A. from Harvard University and graduated magna cum laude with a B.A. in accounting from Morehouse College, where he was elected to the Phi Beta Kappa honor society. Warren is a past Director and Chairman of the audit committee of a public company and is a past Chairman of D.C. Action, a non-profit advocacy organization dedicated to educating the public about issues affecting Washington, D.C.’s children and youth. Warren successfully collaborated with the executive director, the board, and the leaders of another non-profit to successfully merge the two organizations to effectuate positive change in Washington, DC.
