Job specifics• Commercial Director at Triangle Fire Systems based at our London Office In Upminster.• Heading up and overseeing the commercial sprinkler division which includes procurement, design, sales and estimating of commercial tenders of commercial sprinkler, wet/dry risers, install and service, securing contract orders with values of £500 to £1,000,000.00• Directing the delivery of large, medium, small projects & special works contracts• Cost control and procurement• Site surveys for estimates/quotations/design sketches.• Pre-Tender meetings, consultation with clients and consultants to assist cost planning, project delivery.•Project handovers, sales reports, cost analysis.•Commercial service and maintenance division including service & remedials contracts.Key Skills• Pro-active approach to problem-solving.• Good communication skills.• Good knowledge of BSEN 12845, BS9251 and BS9990• IOSH managing safely certified.
