Just Brief outline of Myself, I joined the Army in 1979 - 2002 in the Catering Corps, where i spent 23 yrs . Where i learnt My Skills as Mess Supervisor of the Officers Mess, before transferring to becoming a cook & then qualifying as a chef in the Army, When i left the Army in 2002, i then worked at Hakea Prison as a Cook Instructor, before going into the Mining Sector and working for Various Catering Companies, Ie ESS, Action Catering, Eurest South Pacific, Catercare and then R2R, In that time i have been to Timor, Papua New Guinea and Mongolia. So i have a vast Knowledge of Overseas Positions and the mining industry in Western Australia.Over my career I have been involved in numerous ventures ranging from high volume Mine Sites. I have been responsible for Management and control of sites of varying sizes and capacity as well as a project In P.N.G 2008 & Mongolia in 2012, catering & cleaning of up to 5000 Chinese man Camp, site logistics, staff management of staff from 6 to 95 including facilities administration, cleaning, and maintenance and catering staff. The ability to liaising with both fellow colleagues and clients is a skill I feel I can claim to be highly successful in. I have worked in the hospitality industry for over 30 years. Throughout my career I have demonstrated strong relationship building and problem solving skills. I take pride in my ability to provide constantly high levels of effort within budget and technical guidelines, work effectively in a team environment, think well on my feet and communicate confidently within all environments.

Detailed planning of all stakeholders and parties is required for these unique types of projects. Contract compliance, environmental, legislation, procurement, contractual challenges where faced by all associated partners, contractor and vendors. Due to the origin unknown design obstacles faced on the site, through planning and tracking of resource, material where addressed. Quality reporting and detail document tracking sent daily to all associate stakeholders gave this project the keys to succeed. SCOPE:Ensure the Contact compliance and conduct HACCP inspections, reporting and procedures of the site catering, accommodation, logistic services, maintenance reports and repairs and address security issues of the facility for the site management as well as address the requirements of the Mongolian Health Department and address the HACCP standard on site.RESPONSIBILITIES:Manage a multi-disciplinary team by supporting, monitoring and alerting of all planning, scheduling, cost engineering, contract and procurement project activities. Assign and implement all project objectives in relation to but not limited to revising, forecasting and estimating of project activities. Confer with site services staff to outline work plan and to assign duties, responsibilities, and scope of authority within prescribed budget. Prepare and review reports for status on project activities, contract, procurement and project milestone deliverables. Reporting daily with R2R Services Management Daily as well as the Fluor Site Management team on the daily Action plan. Attend meeting with the senior Chineses Contract management team weekly.
