-Managing the group’s logistics in the three territories namely Kenya, Malawi and South Africa. Note the major ports used for export being Durban, Beira and Mombasa. -Monitoring factors within the supply chain to maximise cost effectiveness-Review of shipping, road transport and warehousing rates for the three territories. -Implementing, monitoring and reviewing logistic Key Performance indicators. -Checking all contracts, shipping instructions/documents, invoices and receipt of funds. -Responsible for Debtors and following up on payments as well as other administrative functions. -Implementing, monitoring and reviewing company procedures and instructions relating to marketing and sales. -Monitoring and controlling packaging material as well as reviewing new methods and types of packing for the group.

Part of the Linton Park Plc local operations in Kenya. Reporting to the Operations Director-Responsible for field and factory research and development. Implementing, monitoring and giving recommendations for increased productivity/yield and quality improvement-Educational and advisory role by disseminating agricultural information to management and surrounding communities. -Reviewing forestry management plans to ensure sustainability. -Mapping of the estates and maintaining group field and factory databases. -Compiling Environmental Impact assessments for new projects and audits within the Group in compliance with local and international standards-Developed, implemented and monitored health and safety policies to ensure compliance with local and international standards-Compiled databases of Corporate Social Responsibility activities. -Compiled database to facilitate third party audits for Health safety and environment including Fair-trade, ETI, ETP, Rainforest alliance, BSCI to name a few-Compiled, implemented and monitored the ISO 22000 accreditation for Eastern Produce Kenya Ltd.
