With a diverse background in financial services, real estate development, and hands-on industry experience, I bring a unique skill set and perspective to the leadership team at LCM Solutions. I am eager to leverage my 30 years of expertise to support LCM’s mission of delivering comprehensive risk mitigation strategies to corporate clients. By addressing risks ranging from commercial property damage to cyber threats, we aim to empower clients with solutions to control and reduce their total cost of risk.In my 20+ years within the real estate acquisition and development industry, I have concentrated on acquiring properties, securing financing, and navigating land use entitlements. This work has given me first-hand experience with the complexities of bonding, liability, and construction-related insurance needs. Before joining LCM, I viewed insurance and risk management as synonymous; however, working closely with LCM’s founders has deepened my understanding of the nuanced and multifaceted nature of true risk management, in which insurance is only one component of a proactive strategy.Originally from BC’s interior, I moved to Alberta to earn my degree in Economics and Business from the University of Calgary before settling in the Greater Vancouver Area. Early in my career, I gained valuable insights from diverse roles, including hands-on work in the resource sector and serving as a financial advisor.
