• Designed and led team in developing budgeting solution with Excel-automation front-end, integration to Dynamics GP and rich reporting interface, reducing budget collection errors and optimizing the enterprise budgeting process.• Collaborating with Event Scheduling team to design and develop custom Windows forms solution for rapidly capturing shift bids and scheduling shifts for ~3000 part-time event-based staff, with interface to ADP time and attendance software, using .NET and Crystal Reports, resulting in time savings and eliminating union grievances resulting from scheduling errors.• Amalgamated offices of two separate organizations (Maple Leaf Gardens Limited and Toronto Raptors Basketball Club into a single organization, including consolidation of Windows NT domains as well as financial ledgers into Dynamics GP.• Implemented and maintained premium seating ticketing solution (Ticketmaster Archtics) in support of migration of season-seat and suite holders from Maple Leaf Gardens and Rogers Centre to Air Canada Centre.• Teamed with the Retail Operations to plan, test and deploy point of sale solution with integrated payment processing at Air Canada Centre for opening of venue, delivering the project on time and on budget, resulting in operational efficiency, increased revenue and a favourable fan experience.
