On secondment from BCC, I established the company, raised seed capital and managed the early R&D process for the incorporation of science into the development of BioLumic's proprietary technology. Within 12 months with a very small team we were able to go from lab-based research to commercial trial results of significant value.

Raised the quality profile of Chilean wines in the NZ market, introduced a 'new' variety (Carmenere) into the market with great success.
