• Project Lead to upgrade Sophos Endpoint to 9.73 and manage policy deployment for ‘Device Control’ to the whole of the Desktop environment.
• Project Lead to pilot Sophos Safeguard on 70 Desktop PCs.

• Optimising knowledge transfer between Logica's Service Desk, Onsite Support teams and other parties.
• Producing regular reports: Problem and Management Reports and Metrics, all of which I designed and created.
• Improving existing reports received from Service Desk Reporting team.
• Requesting changes to incident management tool suite, BMC Remedy. New fields, changes to field values and Pop-Up scripts for many classifications to improve quality and consistency of ticket booking.
• Implementing process to use Macros in BMC Remedy for most commonly used classifications.
• Designing SharePoint Problem Management document library structure and promoting its use.

Initially joined the Customer Services team but, quickly introduced to the 'Model Office;' a testing environment to work with the UK's Electricity Supplier, Distributors and Meter Operators to help realise the 1998 Electriciy Trading Arrangements for what is known as the Half-Hourly market.Also influenced the operations in the Metering and NDRC departments.

Worked in the Facilities and Maintenance department, answering calls and logging incidents.
