I have been a litigator my entire career. I am an Equity Partner in the firm's Intellectual Property practice group, and also serve as the Loss Prevention Partner and Pro Bono Partner for the Los Angeles office. I devise strategy and lead litigation teams for complex intellectual property and other complex controversies involving, for example, design and utility patents, copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, contractual disputes, and/or claims of unfair competition. I have devised and implemented aggressive strategies including litigation in federal and state courts around the country and cancellation and opposing proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. I have trial experience and have argued before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. I have counseled and represented numerous Fortune 500 clients, mid- and small-size corporations, non-profits, and individuals in areas of technology, consumer goods, entertainment, fashion/apparel, and many other industries.
