As the Senior Manager of Staff Career Services at Latham & Watkins, I am responsible for developing and managing the systems, processes and resources required to execute the firm’s staff career services strategy. In this role, I serve as the primary architect for the acceleration of talent mobility by providing the firm’s professional staff with career coaching, resources and support as they explore career possibilities. Through generously collaborating across HR verticals and administrative departments, I drive greater intra and inter department mobility, illuminate development opportunities, and facilitate career progression for all professional staff at the firm.
