Agent to some of the most imaginative and innovative game developers, I am an experienced, results driven professional working in the software and interactive entertainment industries. I have earned a solid reputation by approaching customers and business from a trusted advisor role and ensuring that solutions are a win-win for all parties involved.Since Nov 2001, as President of Sherpa Games, I have brokered business deals within the interactive entertainment industry with most major publishers. In 2005, I worked with THQ and assisted them with setting up their New York City based game development studio called Kaos which produced the title "Frontlines: Fuel of War" and the 2011 release, "Homefront".Working with Autodesk Inc. between Feb 2010 and April 2012, I managed an international team of sales development managers, providing me with exceptional knowledge and understanding of overseas markets such as China, Korea, Taiwan, Japan, and Europe. With dual citizenship (British and Canadian), I am able to work freely throughout the European Union and North America. My contacts and relationships throughout the world help me deliver accelerated results. As well, I have enjoyed numerous public speaking engagements including moderating panel discussions and delivering keynote presentations (Korea Game Conference 2010, APAC Conference in Melbourne Australia, Regio Summit in Berlin Germany, and Saskatchewan Interactive) as well as the occasional appearance on CTV Newsnet (National all-news channel) as a subject matter expert.
