In addition to running Inspired Fundraising I also wrote and delivered two individual giving modules of the UK's first ever degree in Charity Development at Chichester University.

Centrepoint: appointed August 2008 on an ongoing consultancy to introduce a new DM strategy which at the end of the consultancy in March 2014 had increased DD income from £600k to almost £4m pa and overall individual giving income from £1m to £7m pa by March 2014.Included the production of a new 5 year direct marketing strategy & budget, development of new.

Set up and ran a new central direct marketing programme on behalf of MS Society NSW and four other state MS Societies, including the revamp of high value raffle sales via digital and telemarketing sales. Also relocated the telemarketing team to a satellite office and managed a team of 20 telemarketers and supervisors.

Developed a new communications and marketing strategy for WWF in Western Australia, including major donor events and funding opportunities, trust applications and raising awareness of WWF within local media and communities. Also set up the WWF digital campaign to save Ningaloo Reef, drawing support from across the world.

Managed the change of positioning from a benefits-led membership subscription to a charitable proposition. Included developing a direct marketing strategy and budget, managing a data audit to provide a new subscriber segmentation and profiling, and account managing cause-related products such as Art Fund branded holidays, credit card and insurance products.

I developed a marketing & communications strategy from scratch, building the declining subscription base from 3k to 12k within a year. My role included direct marketing, news-stand sales, reader research, brand awareness and PR, along with account managing corporate partnerships. I also set up a new loyalty Travel Club which successfully increased.

During my time at WWF I reversed the decline in supporters to a growth of 12% per annum via the development of new fundraising products - including Adopt a Tiger, Adopt a Rhino and Adopt an Elephant - and the testing of new audiences and media channels. This provided WWF-UK with £1 million additional to budget income in 97/98.
