I combined my role as Head of Client Services in Streaming Tank with heading up STcast as Head of Operations.Leveraging my previous experience in corporate webcasting, I ran the division and was responsible for the global growth and development of the business. On top of this I managed all day to day operations of the company to ensure that the specific needs and demands of corporate clients were met. After 6 months at Investis I was promoted to Senior Webcast Manager. This promotion brought with it added responsibilities;- Full Project Management of webcasting events from beginning to the end, including planning, creation of players, testing, client correspondence, and delivery of webcast and stats.- Managed key clients to ensure client satisfaction and high quality of webcast experience.- Worked closely with large clients to assist them with configuring their corporate networks properly to allow webcasts to be viewed internally by their staff.- Successfully delivered live webcasts in the US, Europe, Asia and the Middle East.- Assisted the Head of Webcasting in helping to build on relationships with other teams within Investis, ensuring that webcast services are clearly understood and optimized with other internal services.- Took over team management in absence of Head of Webcasting ensuring internal and external channels into the Webcasting team are responded to and deadlines are met.- Oversaw the development of a new webcasting platform featuring RTMP and HLS streaming via Wowza through a fully integrated JW Player 7 all delivered through an AWS Amazon CloudFront CDN.- Mentored/trained new staff on webcasting, planning process, software, video encoding etc.- Worked alongside the manager of video department assisting with video production. - Assisted the Head of Webcasting on webcast financials, including guidance for sales and gathering data for quarterly report.- Supported the Head of Webcasting on the collection of data and feedback from clients (typically using the standard Investis measure of NPS).

Investis create corporate websites and provide the services and functionality that bring them to life. - Produced and project managed investor relations webcasts for FTSE 100/250, DAX and NYSE listed companies.- Performed successfully in a live environment and to tight deadlines which resulted in a promotion within 6 months.- Produced a multi-location, live webcast from 5 hubs around the world for a large, multi-national client.- Encoded corporate videos and built players to house these videos on client sites.- Designed and built bespoke webcast players for each client to match their own corporate identity.- Streamed through RTMP and RTMPT, utilizing basic JavaScript in the player back-end to control the player.
