Upon Valley Services' acquisition by Trust House Services Group, which later became part of Elior-NA, I was selected by external consultants to unify the IT infrastructure for all acquired entities. As the project lead, I guided technology teams from various companies through multiple initiatives, and coached and managed the Network and Infrastructure team. We successfully consolidated 11 companies and 8 distinct Active Directory domains into a single tenant. I spearheaded the implementation of a Role-Based Access Control model for IT systems, the migration of all companies to a unified Office 365 tenant, and the integration of these organizations into a single ERP system. Additionally, I managed the deployment of a Meraki SD-WAN across over 1,000 remote locations. As a member of the Global Security Task Force, I led championed our implementation of modern security tools to feed our QRadar Security Operations Center.

Throughout my tenure at Valley Services, I have gained experience in both Operations and IT domains. Initially, I served as an Operations Manager for the Senior Services Division within Valley. After dedicating two years to Operations, I transitioned to the IT department. My diverse skillset has allowed me to excel in various capacities, including Help Desk Support, Network Administration, Network Engineering, and ultimately, as an Enterprise Infrastructure Architect. In my role, I managed the consolidation of 150 remote sites from two different technologies, MPLS and Firewall-based site-to-site VPNs, to a modernized SD-WAN implementation, further enhancing our network capabilities.
