CurrentNow mid-October 2013 and the Conference Center continues to be interesting. Maintain pretty much the whole property and all activities that are required. Just updated manual that details operation of all the systems (water filtration, etc). Soon the 2400 sq ft deck for the reception tent will be rebuilt and new storage areas constructed. At the same time kitchen equipment will be repaired and internet coverage throughout the main buildings updated.Maintenance, construction, for building and grounds and many etc at the Essex Conference Center and Retreat in Essex, Ma.Having a ball, lots of outside work, often while listening to the surf at Crane's Beach. Thinking about getting 'more serious' about life but haven't come up with a good enough reason yet. :-)40 plus years in cubicles and labs make this work with it's wide variety of tasks a great experience. EVERYTHING is included, building a 8' tall fence for 200 ' in the woods - to fixing computers/networks - to arranging service arrangements with vendors - to setting up for weddings
