Supervised up to nine developers and outside consultants with concentration on the removal of defects from the Epic product during its infancy stages. • Created an innovative and repeatable way to troubleshoot, repair and eliminate defects in many areas of the product. • Eliminated 2,000 defects within year and half and positioned the product for public consumption. • Oversaw defect tracking, testing and regression testing efforts.

Led up to seven developers and created and maintained software products including company CRM, company accounting systems, company asset inventory, company support call tracking system and externally facing company internet websites. • Managed team and developed company intranet, as well as documentation for employee expense reporting, time off, evaluations, travel requests, requisitions, sales commissions and several integration points of third party software vendors. • Devised organization’s first software product download website, eliminating need for company to generate distribution CD's of all products.
