Recently, as an OE Evaluator at Delta Air Lines, I was instrumental in boosting flight attendant proficiency, evidenced by a 5-star rating from training students. My efforts in curricula facilitation and regulatory compliance were pivotal in meeting operational needs. At the Delta Care Fund & Scholarship Board, I successfully increased donor contributions significantly, thereby expanding the reach of our employee support initiatives. My hands-on approach in connecting employees with resources reflects my commitment to community and peer support within the airline industry.Presently, as an Inflight Supervisor, I am honored with a role that offers me the opportunity to provide operational support to United Airlines and its team of inflight leaders. I am often visible within the concourse providing leadership and direction to teams; regularly conducting planeside briefings & engaging with flight attendants to ensure they have the tools to perform effectively.Frequently, I coordinate with customer service and Station Operations Center (SOC) to ensure operational success; Ensure safety goals are met & FAA regulatory requirements are consistently adhered to by the team.
