I am an HRIS Project Manager, Workday Platform Administrator, and IT jack-of-all-trades with experience ranging from SMB to enterprise-level organizations.After a brief stint as a Recruiter, I quickly fell into the systems side of Human Resources and took on the role of Project Manager / Administrator of the various Recruiting, LMS, and HCM software suites—with a particular focus on Workday HCM—used by Advanced Technology Services. As the sole member of the HRIS team, I am responsible for design, deployment, and administration of the HCM, Benefits, Time-Tracking, Absence, Talent, and Integrations functional areas of Workday.Previously, I led a Service Desk team of 30 individuals covering three shifts with a broad focus on providing IT support ranging from Level One password resets to Level Three server administration. I have a passion for smart knowledge management, process automation, team building, and Welsh Corgis.
