In 2011 Warren founded W2, the first identity and risk orchestration platform in the UK.Since then he worked with his team to build it into a dynamic, cutting edge platform provider offering a simple plug in solution to facilitate digital onboarding and ongoing customer risk management. The proprietary software W2 offered simplified the complex process of compliant due diligence incorporating all elements of Know-Your-Customer, Anti-Money Laundering and Anti-Fraud required to maximise customer conversion. W2 are the pioneers of RegTech on Demand.As CEO and founder Warren led W2 with a lean and agile approach all the while adapting to turbulent market conditions, an exponential influx of competitors and the need to explore new geographical and market vertical opportunities.Having raised multiple investment rounds from Angels and VC's alike, W2’s technical capabilities advanced strongly year on year.Reacting to new and challenging situations W2 grew to over 150 users of its platform, spanning 3 continents and processed well over 300m transactions per month. In 2023 W2 was sold to FullCircl and Warren exited the business during the following 12 months.Now working on an exciting new project, due to launch by the end of 2024 Warren is taking his RegTech knowledge into the worlds of AI and Distributed Ledger.With extensive expertise in many complimentary areas Warren is no stranger to speaking in front of large audiences or bringing together intimate round table collaborations on topics such as Age and Identity Verification, Affordability, Fraud prevention and AML. Warren is also co-founder and co-chair of the international Age Verification Providers Association – the AVPA and an advisor to the Emerging Fintech Forum based in the USA.
