I lead the customer facing sales organization for Ricola North America and work closely with the Executive Vice President North America and North American Leadership Team to define strategy and create, plan, organize, execute, measure results from and continuously optimize the Customer Sales organization to deliver 2025 volume, share and profit targets.I am a member of the North American Leadership Team and part of Global Ricola team with responsibility to integrate the Sales function within the organization. I lead assessment of our customer partnerships and define channel strategies that guide resource allocations necessary to profitably double the Ricola North America business by 2025. I lead assessment and choices for the best route to market approaches that support 2025 growth targets. I lead the customer facing Sales team including defining team roles and required competencies, hiring and leading team members including external sales agencies and consultants. I am responsible for strategic trade relationships up through the VP level in key customers.
