Established standard cost and overhead recovery rates for each financial year.Key responsibilities included:• Finalising profit, and preparing month end management reports as required for Directors and international reporting for Head Office in Utrecht• Providing operations management with performance data and investigating all factory variances• Providing marketing managers with all gross prime margin calculations, incremental financial analysis and post audits for new products• Being involved in annual operating plan and long range planning for Head Office.
