- Competency in several areas including (but not limited to): Wide format print operation, file manipulation and correction, Adobe and Microsoft software operation, high speed copier operation, bindery, finishing, fulfillment, QC, and final check.- Maintains all required reporting tools, equipment calibration, inventory control, as well as troubleshooting hardware and software issues.

Manager responsible for the coordination of a 14 person department which included project management, customer service, administration and payroll; Controlling and maintaining inventory levels for the entire department, negotiating material costs with vendors, generating PO’s, receiving shipments, conducting daily staff meetings, establishing timetables for production, tracking all jobs and projects within the department; Worked with Great Plains software to control and maintain inventory, billing and reporting on a daily, weekly, monthly and yearly basis; Served as backup customer service rep, production artist and finishing specialist when shorthanded and assisted Department Manager with the day to day operation of a $3 million dollar per year production facility.

Manager of Large Format Department; Responsibilities included client file output and troubleshooting, color matching, file inspections and quality control using a strong knowledge of Macintosh software; Calibration, quality control and operation of a Xerox 8954 Electrostatic Plotter, Encad Pro 60E Novajet and operation of the Orca III lamination/mounting system; Inventory control and customer service.
