As a Sysdoc consultant to Fonterra I was responsible for developing and delivering a wide range of learning programmes across functions and geographies throughout Fonterra's global network. These programmes bring blended learning design, award winning gamification, video production and classroom solutions for complex client needs to address behavioural, cultural, process and system change.During my time in this role I personally delivered innovation to the organisation's approach to learning, creativity in the development of learning materials and raised effectiveness of learning outcomes. This role also involved the management and coaching of learning specialists in the creation and delivery of training materials for the client.The scope of process and technology change includes Manufacturing, Commercial, Environmental Management, Order Fulfillment (SAP SD, SAP CRM), Planning (SAP APO and SignalDemand), Logistics Scheduling (custom built platform) and Master Data Management (SAP MDM).

Development and delivery of SAP training packages for Water, Oil+Gas, Automotive, Steel, Pharmaceutical and Food multinationals, across a wide variety of cultures and countries including the UK, Mexico, Indonesia, Philippines, Netherlands, France, Thailand, South Africa and New Zealand.SAP module expertise in SD, MM, PP and BI. As a consultant to Fonterra, I worked on two of their main post-SAP implementation enhancement projects, giving advice on the solution and process design for the ongoing maintenance of centralised master data (SD module), the management of planning and optimisation data (APO module), and the use of Business Warehouse reporting (BW module). Once the project solution was confirmed, I helped write, and then personally delivered, an education and training package for the implementation of the newly designed SAP applications and business processes throughout Fonterra's global network.Following this highly successful implementation, I delivered training and online documentation for further SAP based enhancement projects, across a wide range of SAP and business areas, for Fonterra throughout New Zealand as a training and documentation consultant.

I began working for Fonterra in the first stage of their global SAP implementation, as a Data Analyst in the SAP Sales Master Data team. In this position I rapidly developed an extensive knowledge of Fonterra's supply chain process and how SAP is used to facilitate it. My role involved problem solving and solution designing, analysing and reporting on existing data in SAP, designing and leading projects to improve master data processes and SAP applications, developing relationships with other Fonterra's departments and delivering training for master data processes and applications.
