● Provide next level escalation support for test technicians.● Lead and assist in a team environment to streamline test processes to meet quality and on time delivery.● Setup and operate variety of metrology tools, including but not limited to: Accretech prober, Rudolph ProbeWorx, ITC Probilt, and View VMM.● Effectively communicate across all upper management verbally and in writing.● Assemble production and prototype probecard according to work instructions and knowledge of electrical principles, using hand tools and measuring instruments.● Evaluate performance of FormFactor’s full wafer contact, 100mm, and 50mm probecards.● Analyze and interpret test information.● Debug any existing failures with schematics and built files.
