• Ace High provides casino tables and staff to events ranging from charity galas to film shoots to celebrity parties throughout California.• 500 events executed in 2019. • Became the largest company in California while maintaining a 5-Star rating on Yelp. • To manage the team of 400+ part-time event staff and four full-time employees, I built training guides for the sales and event teams, configured a CRM on Hubspot (and Salesforce), promoted dozens of all-stars, and created a culture of teamwork.• Learned HTML & CSS to reconfigure website, then implemented a back-linking SEO strategy that moved the site from page 17 to page 1 of Google. Future website updates were delegated. • Created Photoshop templates to print custom money for clients as an add-on service.
