Bodywise Strength & Conditioning provide complete coaching support and monitoring solutions for teams and individual athletes alike.Currently working with some of the top rugby talent in the North West as well as Fylde Rugby Club, renowned for their fast-paced, high intensity brand of rugby, Bodywise S&C seek to provide the optimal level of support for each client.We have been running successful Junior S&C camps since Easter 2014, introducing over 50 young athletes to high quality coaching. These camps include a combination of testing, training and educational sessions and are followed up with individual feedback and training programmes. I led the Strength & Conditioning programme for over 60 players at the Sale Sharks AASE Rugby Academy at Myerscough College. When I started the academy provided S&C support to AASE players only. This evolved into providing support for all players, ensuring inclusivity within the programme and providing opportunities for all to fulfil their own potential. I successfully mentored placement students from the BSc Strength & Conditioning programme at UClan who have gone on to gain employment in the field.I also worked with the Cricket Academy and have experience in teaching on the FdA in Sports Coaching and Btec Levels 2 & 3, as well as covering the Programme Leader role for both Rugby & Cricket Studies.

As part of the innovative Coach Mentor scheme I have been helping 1st team coaches at junior clubs within the county to develop their own coaching practice.

I worked on a consultancy basis to help develop and make recommendations for best practice within the county representative squads from under 15 to under 20s and women's under 15 and under 18s.
