Fabrication Operations Center

• Collaborate with design engineering, production and other stakeholders to conceptualize, design, and fabricate special tools and assembly fixtures necessary for the manufacture of components to the requirements of the.

Advanced Manufacturing Technology / Machine Operating Center

• Assisted with daily production readiness of Chemical Plating Lines and helped take products through their life cycle processes with a focus on affordability and manufacturability.
• Led implementation of the capital project for the installation of ‘Orlando Black’ Plating Line, moving from bench level to large scale production process.
• Supported the initial prove-in and implementation of Electroless Plating (Metal Finishing) Lines.
• Provided technical guidance and support to manufacturing operators to facilitate assembly performance; applying lean manufacturing techniques to reduce cost and increase yields.
• Served as instructor for LabVIEW Programming class on-site and acted as Team Leader for Advanced Manufacturing Technology Performance Management Team from 2001 to 2003.
