My interest in education, leadership, and helping people started at a very young age while in my home environment and further developed through a variety of positions during college (Morehouse, ’77), the real estate industry, H&R Block, Delta Airlines, associate business professor at Ashford University as well as a business owner (Exercise At Any Age, LLC ) and currently Aquatics Director at the Lou Walker Senior Center plus doctoral chair for Grand Canyon University and Capella university. I have a masters’ in education and a doctorate in management. I am currently a co-author in the book “Laws of Communication”, published journal article for allied academies and presently working on three books ~ Management Tools for Success / Aquatic Aerobics and Tai Chi for Health.My management position with H&R Block plus an International Senior Facilitator at Delta convinced me to pursue the direction of Educator // Trainer // Mentor // Consultant and Coach.
