• Canadian Utilities Limited (ATCO) with its partner, Quanta Services, Inc, are participating in a joint ownership interest in Puerto Rico: LUMA Energy. The goal is to restore, modernize and operate Puerto Rico's.
• Direct supervision of Project Administrators and analysts ensuring cost recovery for time entry, expense coding, labour and third party costs for internal and external purposes
• Ensure in-scope and out-of-scope secondees are onboarded properly; ensure shadow payroll is managed and calculated correctly by external accounting firm
• Review invoices to LUMA, PREPA & FEMA to ensure validity of charges and calculations

• Managed a diversified team of nine individuals in Accounts Payable, Joint Venture, and Master Data Accounting. All deadlines were consistently met.
