Served as case manager for farms to apply for H-2A guest worker program. Pursued new business from farmers, which included managing efforts that allowed workers (predominantly from Mexico) to secure temporary farm work in US. Grew business to 130 farms and 4,000 workers that generated hundreds of thousands of dollars in gross income. Worked closely with individual farms as intermediary with North Carolina Department of Labor, North Carolina Employment Security Commission, United Stated Department of Labor, United States Citizenship and Immigration Service and United States Department of State.

Purchased working farm and financed 100% of college education through ongoing farming and business efforts. Prepared and maintained accounting information for professional tax preparation. Managed sales and expenses related to fuel, electricity, equipment, chemicals, and fertilizer. Completed weekly payroll.
