CurrentVoice Specialist- Maintaining Enterprise level PABX System-Maintaining 2x Call Centers- Configuration and setup of new Dealerships onto our platformMaintaining and support of Network solutions• Maintaining and support of Voice solutions• Remote support to all companies under the CMH Group: - CMH - First Car Rental - Rokkit Digital - Green Machine• Daily/Monthly Reports • Dell Desktop/Laptop repairs• Accurate and timely completion of installations and the relevant administration work• Responsible for the coordination and completion of Installations• Responsible for progress reports to direct management• Act as the first point of contact for end-users requiring business application support across South Africa• Assist in operational planning, continuous improvement, and risk management.• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems in consultation with external service providers and vendors.• Manage the service desk queue to ensure incidents are resolved within set SLAs.• Develop and maintain technical documentation, procedures, support guides and work instructions.• Administration of AD, Azure, DHCP, DNS, Group Policy, Office 365, PowerShell and SharePoint.• Administration of the Fortigate security appliance, including MPLS connections.• Administration of network IP addresses, VLANs, networking routes and firewall policy.• Provide end-user support for Microsoft products including Office 365, Windows 10 and SharePoint.• Provide after-hours support to the business.
