After having my baby in 2022, I realised the challenges that Mums face when it comes to restarting or continuing their fitness journey. I have experienced the frustrations of ab separation, lack of time (and sleep lol), Mum guilt... So I wanted to help other Mums to get in the right mindset to start their fitness journey that will continue for life. Focusing on mindset, training, food, rest, and community, these parts are all an integral part to the journey and will help to sustain positive changes that will be beneficial not just for Mums but for the whole family. I think it's important our kids see us as strong and look at us as inspirational role models, and in order for us to be that, we need to feel strong and unbreakable. Just like the Warrior Women we are!
