Led Regional Execution Team for Purchasing within Southwest Region (Las Vegas, Phoenix, and Tucson) to find ways to align processes and streamline direct costs.• Developed Divisional “Pathfinder” Program to find ways to reduce costs. Program was used as company wide model for savings.• Partnered with Operations, Sales, and Design Directors to develop a plan to reduce cycle through internal process improvement.
