Dicomad produce and refine wooden flooring of different types. They have about 25 employees and is based in Santa Cruz, Bolivia. We analyzed their business and work methods and made improvement suggestions that stretched from management to waste handling and production outline. The theories used where Six Sigma and Lean Production and the report was presented as our Master Thesis.

Mavuno Technical Centre is a technical one-year post-high school education based in Ihanda in the rural areas of north-west Tanzania. We examined business opportunities for the first class of graduate students at the technical center. We also taught economics, business and entrepreneurship to the students during the summer.
