Supporting Community Connections, or SCC, is a suicide prevention outreach program for transition aged youth (TAY) in the foster, homeless, and LGBTQ communities. In my role as program coordinator I provided culturally relevant suicide prevention support services to youth in foster, homeless, and LGBTQ+ communities by identifying and developing community.

In addition I provided support for community health education programs such as Sisters at 8. I utilized social media to outreach to potential partners and professionals to collaborate and created content such as flyers, infographics, and podcasts.
