Waruka Serio is a highly successful lifelong entrepreneur, with a diverse background spanning luxury real estate, luxury products, cosmetics, professional modeling, fashion, public speaking, life and image coaching.An entrepreneur from the beginning, Waruka worked alongside her mom as a young child in the real estate business, which sparked her interest in the industry. At the young age of 14, Waruka Serio started her first business LQP Cosmetics, where she developed and sold her own cosmetics line inspired by her work as a fashion model.In addition to her entrepreneurial pursuits, Waruka Serio has modeled professionally in both Thailand and the United States, including runway work for a prominent New York designer. She also served as a Brand Ambassador for Betagro, in her native Thailand.After immigrating to the United States Waruka Serio became a certified life and image coach, inspiring young adults to pursue their goals and aspirations while presenting a confident professional image.Since 2020 Waruka Serio has served as the Chief Marketing Officer for Luxury Life Guru, which provides the ideal medium for bespoke luxury brands to promote their products through targeted media, including social media content to high-net-worth individuals (HNWI) and ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNWI). Key luxury markets include travel, home, car, yacht, jet and haute couture fashion.In 2022, leveraging her experience growing up and working in a real estate family, Waruka Serio along with her husband Ron established the Serio Group at Coldwell Banker Global Luxury in Beverly Hills. The Serio Group provides its clients with 24/7 VIP white glove service and excels at meeting the goals of discriminating high profile clientele; those who expect superior representation for their luxury real estate investment.
