Held the role of Senior Team Leader & Licensee, in the newly acquired premises in the Gallagher Hotel Management Group of Companies. I was in a support role to the General Manager, was required to provide leadership to the team at Leichhardt, assisting in all facets of the Hotel's Operations ensuring the companies customer service standards were maintained at all times.Learnt a number of key facets with regards to Hotel Operations from productivity and effeciency of service to both internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities included ensuring compliance with all security and business legislation, reviewing Security Documentation and implementing changes inaccordance with State and Federal Legislation, carrying out Security Operations and Investigations on operations at the licensed premises including report writing and documented incident briefs.
