• Lead all production areas including the chemical plant, foam conversion, polystyrene, and bonded polyested plants, warehousing, and engineering teams (7 direct – 92 indirect) • Ran the flexible polyurethane foam slab plant • Reduced foam inventory by 60% • Restructured factory to reduce labour due to closure of product lines, and reduction in demand

• Ensuring production of quality flexible polyurethane slab stock at or below costed bulk densities • Responsible for planning, producing, storing and distribution of flexible PU slab stock in the most cost effective way. • Directly responsible for 10 operators • With a strong focus on health & safety especially in relation to hazardous chemical handling, and associated processing. • Using both formal and informal channels to ensure best yield can be achieved; either by altering sizes of slabs or by minimise scrap from damaged foam.
