Warwick delivers financial and project analyses and modelling, forecasting/budgeting assistance and information collation/interpretation for executive and board-level decision makers. On an ad hoc basis, he also assists the HR Department by providing recruitment and generalist support for the company’s Northern locations. His key functions include:- Analysing financial potential/performance for both short and long-term project scenarios;- Appraising and evaluating on-the-spot commercial and marketing orientated decisions;- Undertaking assessments of capital/operational expenditure potential and progress;- Collaborative submissions to board and executive levels;- Examining procurement options, tenders/quotes or market supply strategies;- Beef Cattle Herd Management, Carbon farming and accounting practices;- Helping refine beef cattle production and genetics programs, including a sound understanding of genomics analyses and other developing technologies throughout the cattle industry;- Maintaining outstanding relationships with station managers and other operational staff to assist with reporting the financial potential/performance of each property or project;- Helping champion other key initiatives, e.g. cultural awareness projects, live export regulatory compliance and animal health/welfare protocols, governmental and industrial relations;- A key role in producing a comprehensive array of vendor-diligence and information-gathering for a significant pastoral divestment portfolio process 2020-2021.

I enabled the CRT / Town & Country and ProWater value propositions to buying group members. I empowered a state network of over 40 stores and played a significant role in efficient supply chain, logistics and warehouse management. I also played a key role in national procurement strategy.

I secured and managed industrial supply contracts and general business with large mining, port and shire council organisations. I presided over $2M per month of retail sales, engaging many high-level stakeholders. I submitted & managed tenders/supply contracts and developed excellent rapport with ATOM’s internal sales/contract pricing staff via constant collaboration.

I delivered rural sales earnings from the Barcaldine business to Elders’ bottom line by managing their wool, livestock, finance, real-estate and banking products; helping to steer client businesses as a trusted adviser. I thoroughly enjoyed being part of the community as a respected businessman, volunteer, auctioneer and public speaker.
