As a Local Government ICT specialist with over 36 years experience (over 11 years as a Head of ICT and 13 years as a Consultant) I have always been at the sharp end of successfully implementing change into Local Government.Over the last few years, I've had multiple interim roles has Head of ICT with Harborough DC, East Northants DC and Hinckley & Bosworth BC, as well as Consultant / Project Manager roles with the Leicestershire ICT Partnership (Hinckley & Bosworth BC, Blaby DC, Melton BC and Oadby & Wigston BC). As a result I have extensive knowledge of multiple IT systems used in Local Government from the likes of Capita, Civica, IDOX, Midland HR, Northgate (NEC), Orchard (MRI) and overseen successful implementations and upgrades for all of them.
