We were responsible for relocating our clients employees from their existing location to a new location that could have been anywhere in the UK.This requirement was driven by senior executives changing roles within their organisation or, as was more often the case, entire divisions being relocated or redeployed for commercial reasons.We were responsible for purchasing the employees home, on behalf of their employer, to make their relocation not reliant on the sale of their home. We dealt with valuing the property, all of the associated legal and financial work to enable them to move and buy at their new location.We were also responsible for managing the vacant property, maintaining it and selling it for the best possible price.My role as team leader was to manage a team of relocation executives, authorise the offer price for our customers properties and most importantly to be responsible for the relationship between Black Horse Relocation and our customers.The team that I was responsible for managed the majority of the companies largest and most prestigious accounts.
