Since January 2017, I have been taking a project implementation and management for ADB TA project as Assistant Team Leader/Project Coordinator. I ensure compliance with outputs from international and national experts coordinating the project team to perform well. It is also my tasks to manage experts for their mobilization and de-mobilization, arrange a meeting with counterpart in the client or national experts, and discuss the current matters with experts together with team leader. I've been also joining this project as Social gender/development specialist and it's been still proceeding supported by locals. My job will be done at the end of this year.

SAMBO engineering provides a comprehensive consulting service from project concept to project implementation including master plan, feasibility study, design, construction supervision and operation & maintenance. Mainly specialized to road(tunnel), bridge, subway & railway and now it is expanding to water resources field. Since 2011, I've joined several projects in Ghana, Uzbekistan, Vietnam, Cambodia and the Philippines. In 2011, went to Ghana, Africa, had meeting with several government office. Conducted a business study of Dodoikope road and tried to secure potential business information. Managed overall project implementation for ADB TA Project in Pakistan(2016) as contract manager / project coordinatorLead contract signing for Hanoi - Langson highway project(Detail Engineering Design), ADB 2015- Assured all contracting implementation is consistent with the laws of the host country and partners’ home countries- Reviewed / analyzed requests for variations submitted by employer with respect to their changes on man-hour estimate & cost estimate, and negotiated to discuss details on the term and conditionConducted Feasibility Study of Capas - Botolan road improvement project, Pampanga, Philippines 2014.Conducted a Feasibility Study of Panugil Bay Bridge Project, Philippines. Resided at Manila for 8 months for the project 2013. Assisted the Team Leader in reporting on progress, safety, financial recommendations, quality control and design modifications.Awarded ADB project of CAREC Corridor 2 Road Investment Program – Project 2 (Package : Project Management and Construction Supervision Consultant, Uzbekistan 2012.Dispatched to Pampanga, Philippines to finalize a supervision service for one months in 2011.
