Since January 2017, I have been taking a project implementation and management for ADB TA project as Assistant Team Leader/Project Coordinator. I ensure compliance with outputs from international and national experts coordinating the project team to perform well. It is also my tasks to manage experts for their mobilization and de-mobilization, arrange a meeting with counterpart in the client or national experts, and discuss the current matters with experts together with team leader. I've been also joining this project as Social gender/development specialist and it's been still proceeding supported by locals. My job will be done at the end of this year.

Resided at Manila for 8 months for the project 2013. Assisted the Team Leader in reporting on progress, safety, financial recommendations, quality control and design modifications.Awarded ADB project of CAREC Corridor 2 Road Investment Program – Project 2 (Package : Project Management and Construction Supervision Consultant, Uzbekistan 2012.Dispatched to Pampanga, Philippines to finalize a supervision service for one months in 2011.
