Project Engineer at IQHQ - Research & Development District Project in San Diego, overseeing critical design contracts and subcontractors worth over eighty million dollars.The Research and Development District (RaDD) is situated on more than eight acres and occupies three entire city blocks – representing the largest urban commercial waterfront site along California’s Pacific coast. RaDD will create a life science cluster in downtown San Diego with 6 buildings over a total of 1,600,000 sf. The project will provide state of the art lab space in an amenities rich development. The project will be minimum LEED Gold and will be designed to meet the carbon neutral goals of life science tenants.
