The main duties included P&L responsibility, project startup, scope and timeline definition, project tracking and reporting, quality control, risk and claim management.Main Projects:- Frame agreement contract to provide network expansion for Oi customer, regarding Nokia Siemens Networks equipments for 2009 and 2010. Project organization with 6 project offices geographically distributed; - Preparation of Oi mobile networks for 25MM subscribers and Alcatel/Ericsson Swap at North/Northeast Region. A mobile networks project to delivery equipments for network expansion in Oi Region 1 and swap Alcatel/Ericsson mobile network in North and Northeast region. A 30 million (EUR) service project, scope includes sites swap, new sites, network expansion, BSCs, RNCs and Tellabs products;- Launch of Oi Network in São Paulo state. A full turnkey project to launch Oi mobile networks in São Paulo countryside. Project scope includes network planning, site design, construction works and telecom implementation for 2G/3G sites and SDH/PDH transmission equipments. More than one thousands sites and one thousand of transmission hops integrated in less than 6 months. Direct responsible by a project team with more than 200 people and the service delivery of more than 20 suppliers;- Oi 3G Network Launch in Southeast (RJ, MG and ES). A full turnkey project to launch Oi 3G Networks in Rio de Janeiro, Minas Gerais and Espirito Santo state. Project scope includes network planning, site design, construction works adaptation and telecom implementation of 844 3G sites, RNCs and Tellabs equipments. More than 800 sites integrated in 5 months. First 3G network implemented in Latin America by NSN using backhauling solution.
