I led a group of dynamic bioinformatics researchers and developers tasked with scaling up our analytical/informatics infrastructure. Our group solved high-throughput data analysis and reporting problems for large clinical trails and research projects. Some of my more defined roles include but were not limited to the following: Leadership and oversight of data analysis pipeline development and validation.Project leader for all bioinformatics services from government institutes to major pharmaceutical clients. Clinical bioinformatics researcher for cancer genomics sequencing and variant discovery used in molecular diagnostics (MDx).Beta tester and technology reviewer for industry leaders in sequencing and microarray manufacturing.

As a computational researcher for molecular diagnostics startup, I was responsible for developing and designing innovative computational tools focused on making the promise of personalized medicine a reality for patients with cancer. Worked directly with the VP of research to build computational tools focused on enhancing our computational models and providing robust reporting to clinicians.
