• Developed an automation project in Java to automate incident detection and recording over JIRA by fetching sensory data.• Created docker containers and used jenkins to automatically deploy builds on production machine.• Used redis and thread safe to place commonly shared objects as keys on redis server in a multi threaded environment to help make an asynchronus system.• Used kafka for message queuing to increase simultaneous processes among threads and to step towards converting threads into separate microservices.• Worked upon an assisted analysis service to fetch initial sensory data from Archival DB for an in-house automation tool to document production incidents on JIRA tickets using Java.• Relocated to Afiniti in Istanbul, Turkey to work on client expansion.• Performed data analysis to narrow down the possibilities that may lead to or may have led to affect call centre performance and Afiniti’ s possible gain.• Worked with AI (Artificial Intelligence), ETL (Extract Transform and Load) and BA (Business Analytics) teams to improve performance for Afiniti and minimize negative gain.
