I have overall 10 year experience in health and wellness industry After I completed by physiothearpy and fitness certification I had joined one of well know fitness name Talwalkar better value fitness in New Delhi I was worked there as personal trainer almost 2 year then I got opportunity to go Nepal to joined a national cricket team of Nepal I had worked them almost 1year as fitness coach of cricket team . I was teach them strength and conditioning workout Now I have beenworking sports fit by MS dhoni recently company has changed name FIT 7by MS dhoni I have been working here froom 2015 till Present.My skill I am good in function training and weight training , strength and conditioning exercises for athletes, workout design for special population like cervical spondylitislower back pain , knee pain & sports injuryI know mannual therapy and chiropractic adjustment of joint and mobility workoutto improve muscle and joint flexibility.I giving training to people belong big industry they were always told me how I was Iosed 40kg weight in 7month I was liked 152 kg that time joined you and one my client they had lot medical problem hip dislocation,shoulder impengement and enlarge trapezium muscle weight was him 90kg today he was talk about me am ok my hip, shoulder and trapezium is good condition I losed my 20kg in 8 month with all medical issue he is God for me
