I conduct meetings with different Google Teams regarding the optimization as well as marketing of our products in different regions worldwide.• Our product, the “Universal TV Remote Control” application has more than 100 million users worldwide and is the first app from Pakistan to achieve this milestone. • Universal TV Remote app controls more than 500 smart and non-smart TVs worldwide and is the number 1 app in more than 100 countries. I manage the overall development, TV remotes optimization, monetization and marketing of all our utility apps.• Besides utility apps, Codematics also specializes in Games Development, Full Stack Web Development, Digital Marketing, 3D Modeling and Animations. I manage the business aspects of all our different specialties, along with ensuring that our teams are up to date with the latest technological trends and skills. I keep special focus on skills development of our team that has been really helpful for our company to stay relevant and in demand throughout these years. Kardaan is a startup of Codematics that we are deeply invested in. Kardaan basically means “Skilled Worker”. Through Kardaan, we provide maintenance, renovation, construction, material supply and Elevator’s installation services. Currently Kardaan is operational in 5 cities of Pakistan and we will soon launch our operations in Sydney, Australia. Responsibilities:• I manage the overall development of Kardaan’s online platform that include a very powerful backend admin panel, different level admin mobile apps, client-side mobile apps as well as our workers mobile apps.• Effective communication between different teams to ensure quality services to our clients.• Business expansion, research about including new work categories, optimization of all our digital platforms and supervising the marketing.• We have been successful in providing quality services to our clients with a 100% satisfaction rate.• Currently we have numerous ongoing projects across 5 cities of Pakistan.• Through smart work and dedication, we have been successful in making a profitable business model without any investment rounds at this point.

Industry - Academia linkages have always been our focus since the very start of our business. I believe that through effective engagement between industry and academia, our youth can be prepared in such a way that they will be able to take responsibilities. Through such collaborations, we can make our present better and prepare our future generations to successfully deal with the challenges of the future. Responsibilities:• Optimise the Program Level Objectives (PLOs) as well as Course Level Objectives (CLOs) to achieve the target of Output Based Education (OBE) set by Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC).• Conduct different practical training programs for students.• Internships for students.
