Responsibilities:As a Resident Engineer (RE), I am responsible for ensuring that the construction work of a project is carried out according to the quality, time and cost requirements of the contract. I am responsible to the project engineer and is often the focus of contact between them and the contractor on site.I also ensure the projects adhere to all plans and regulations and that safety measures are appropriately taken. A typical day may take place onsite of the current project or in an office preparing for a project reports.Other Responsilities such as:> Arraning site meetings between Client, Contractors and RE's> Responsible to issue Site Instrutcion note, if works are not as per standards / approvals.> Responsible for all Electrical Inspections on every stage of project under its executions.> Responsible for reviewing & signing All Electrical Asbuilt Drawings.> Responsible for issuing snags & checking Desnags.> Responsible for issuing all End Of Maintenance snags after Liability Period is over.
